We offer a wide range of complementary therapies ranging from acupuncture, massage, reflexology, pregnancy massage, osteopathy, hypnotherapy and much more.
For the avoidance of doubt, please note that all therapists at Nadya Giffen Therapies work on a self employed basis and carry their own Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. By booking you acknowledge that you are booking directly with the therapist.

Nadya Giffen Dip ITEC is a fully qualified and insured complementary therapist with over 24 years' experience.
Nadya trained at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and is governed by international governing body ITEC, BABTAC & IAHT. Nadya is qualified in a wide range of therapies, ranging from Aromatherapy, Remedial Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and many more therapies.
As part of her continued professional development Nadya regularly attends courses to keep up to date with knowledge and changes in legislation.
As well as training as a complementary therapist, Nadya is also a fully qualified fitness instructor and Pilates teacher and has specialised in Pilates for orthopedic conditions, pre & post natal Pilates and fitness Pilates.
