Service Description

Kinesiology Tape is a stretchy, sticky, cotton tape that’s applied to the skin to give light support and promote movement. This may help to ease pain and reduce swelling. There is also something to be said for the PROPRIOCEPTIVE element of kinesiology taping. In clinical practice it has been shown that providing an area with a new sensory input (kinesiology taping) can lead to enhanced motor control, meaning movements can be performed more accurately.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your appointment, please log in to your account where you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to allow others to take these appointments. Any appointments cancelled outside the 24 hour notice period will be charged.
